Cluster 2014 6.6% Alpha ( Leaf )

Cluster is one of the oldest varieties grown in the US. The rootstock origin is uncertain. Until the late 1970’s, Cluster was one of the only few varieties growing in the US and was planted to most of the hop acerage. Alpha acid content is medium, aroma is strong and storage stability of the alpha acids is among the best in the world.

Unknown but possibly a cross between an English variety and a US male hop
